![]() Realizing that there was a need in the roll form industry to obtain training, Steve Ebel created Roll Form Solutions, Inc. Specifically, roll tooling installation, trouble shooting, machine maintenance, product design and process design are the areas where he intends to concentrate training efforts. Steve is a native of West Michigan where Roll Form Solutions is located. His initial entry into the industry began as a machinist making parts for roll formers and presses. From there, he began assembling machines and putting the systems together. Eventually, he worked in customer's plants assembling systems and doing sample run-offs for customer approvals. Steve has also worked in sales, helping his customers with system, process and product development along with quoting these systems. For eleven years he held the position of Chief Engineer with a large roll form company. In that function, he was responsible for the process and product design portions of the roll forming systems. He was also accountable for all of the Tool Engineers that supervised the design and build for all tooling and specialized equipment. In 1997 Steve completed his degree in Industrial Engineering.
